Justin was a member of the Florida State Hockey Team from 2007 to 2011, was a part of the 2008 Thrasher Cup Championship team, and served as the team’s President from 2008 to 2011. After graduating Justin continued his education at Georgia State University receiving a Masters Degree in Sports Administration in 2013. While getting his Masters he worked with the Georgia Tech Athletic Department.

Justin then moved to New York where he began his career as the Manager and Director of Event Presentation at Madison Square Garden and the New York Rangers. During his tenure in New York he helped organize two Stadium Series games at Yankee Stadium, the 2014 Stanley Cup Final, the 2018 Winter Classic, and the jersey retirement ceremony of Ranger great Jean Ratelle.

Justin then took his talents to South Beach, where he became the Director of Event Presentation for the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium. While there he helped organize a number of live events including Super Bowl LIV.

In his most recent move he became the Director of Game and Event Presentation for the Las Vegas Raiders where he helped christen the brand new Allegiant Stadium and the Inaugural Season for the Raiders in their new home town.

Cass currently lives in Vegas with his wife, Kendra, and their dog, Luca Brasi. They like traveling and hiking all the nearby trails, lakes, and mountains. They hope to soon expand on their family by adding one or more future hockey players in the coming years.
